YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain enterprise solution architectures aligned with business strategy and technology standards.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Partner with AI, engineering and business teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead solution architecture across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations and infrastructure.
• Define and maintain architecture principles, standards and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and risk management requirements.
• Design modern integration solutions using APIs, messaging and microservices.
• Support enterprise application modernisation initiatives, including ERP platforms.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Produce architecture artefacts including solution designs, integration diagrams and technology roadmaps.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architecture best practices across the organisation.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 5–8 years' experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a similar senior technology role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing secure, resilient and highly available technology solutions.
• Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies within enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• TOGAF and cloud certifications will be advantageous.
• AI or Machine Learning certifications will be beneficial.
