We're looking for a sharp, curious, and solutions-driven Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. Someone who can cut through complexity, ask better questions, and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes.
In this role, you'll go beyond documentation — you'll play a key part in shaping how systems work, how teams align, and how the business moves forward. Well suited to the Business Analyst who sees what isn't working — and knows how to fix it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll sit right in the middle of business and tech — owning clarity, driving alignment, and making sure things get done properly.
- Turn messy business problems into clear, structured requirements
- Engage stakeholders and ask the right questions (not just the obvious ones)
- Analyse systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll sit at the centre of business and tech — driving clarity, alignment, and delivery.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and process flows
- Challenge assumptions and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Partner with developers and architects to ensure solutions are feasible and impactful
- Support system integration, UAT, and post-deployment validation
- Use SQL to validate data, investigate issues, and support decision-making
- Contribute to system improvements, process optimisation, and continuous delivery
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives
- Work with APIs, basic HTML, and WPF workflows where needed
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Systems Analyst
- Strong analytical thinking with the confidence to question and improve
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of data modelling (ERDs, UML) and business processes
- Experience with SQL, stored procedures, and API tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
Bonus points for:
- Experience with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx
- Telecoms or high-volume transactional environments
