YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and information needs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, and innovation.
• Develop business, functional, and solution requirements that support successful delivery outcomes.
• Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations aligned to business goals.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, testers, and business users throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution quality by participating in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Produce clear and comprehensive process models, specifications, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with agreed business requirements and strategic objectives.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• Completed Bachelors Degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
• Formal Business Analysis qualification or certification
• 5–8 years' experience in a Business Analyst role within complex enterprise environments
• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
• Sound understanding of information management, data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement
• Strong experience in business process modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements management
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Exposure to enterprise transformation, ERP, finance, or reporting initiatives would be advantageous
