We're hiring a technically diverse Senior Software Developer to take ownership of high-impact systems. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing platforms that power CRMs, mobile apps, parcel tracking, and ERP systems—working across the full development lifecycle and collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scalable web, desktop, and mobile apps driving internal operations and customer journeys
- High-uptime CRM and eCommerce systems for orchestration and BI
- Real-time APIs, dashboards, and automation tools for logistics workflows
- Back-end infrastructure deeply integrated with finance, analytics, and ERP
- Systems where performance, uptime, and data accuracy are non-negotiable
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
Experience:
- 6–8 years of professional software development
- Demonstrated success delivering scalable production systems
Tech Stack:
- Strong backend development in PHP
- Deep experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL
- Use of PuTTY, Supervisor scripts, and cron jobs
- Strong working knowledge of AWS (SES, SQS/SNS, EC2, RDS, Lightsail)
Desirable Exposure:
- Node.js, Git, Dokploy, Bref (serverless), React, WordPress
- WooCommerce or Shopify integration experience is a plus
Mindset:
- Owns features end-to-end, including live system support
- Navigates legacy architecture while modernising core services
- Strong communicator across product, ops, and engineering
- Comfortable mentoring juniors and influencing cross-functional delivery
