This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, building strong relationships, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly as the business continues to grow.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage investor administration, legal processes, SPV records, and quarterly reporting and communications
- Coordinate property acquisitions, OTPs, bond applications, conveyancing, and registrations
- Oversee property investment offering launches and auctions processes, including investor allocations and reporting
- Manage developer handovers and ensure all compliance and operational documentation is in place
- Act as the primary liaison for mortgage-related operational activities
- Compile and analyse portfolio, occupancy, and financial performance reports
- Identify, implement and drive operational and platform improvements in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a key point of contact for investors, ensuring professional communication, relationship management and reporting.
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property operations, property administration, or property investment management
- Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing, SPV structures, and investor reporting
- Experience engaging with investors, developers, attorneys, conveyancers, and finance teams and stakeholders
- Ability to review and interpret legal and financial documentation
- Strong analytical, organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within a proptech or property investment environment (highly advantageous)
- Exposure to mortgage operations and property investment analysis beneficial
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information and support business decision-making.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, investors and external service providers.
