We're looking for a hands-on Senior Developer (Platform) who enjoys solving complex problems and, more importantly, owns products and features end-to-end. This role will suit someone who has taken solutions from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with a collaborative engineering team to build scalable applications, integrations, cloud-based services, and AI-enabled solutions.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain scalable applications across the MEAN stack
- Develop high-quality backend services using Node.js
- Build modern front-end experiences using Angular
- Design and develop APIs and integrations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to architecture, technical standards, and best practices
- Own features from concept through to production
- Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong Node.js and Angular experience
- Solid JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience building APIs and enterprise applications
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
- A track record of delivering production-grade software
- Clear examples of owning products, platforms, or major features end-to-end
