New opportunity alert!!! We're seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join a growing InsurTech business. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with strong short-term insurance expertise and a passion for designing scalable technology solutions. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex insurance-focused solutions across architecture, integration, and implementation.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead solution architecture for complex client implementations.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
- Translate requirements into practical, scalable solution designs.
- Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and technical approaches.
- Provide technical leadership throughout delivery lifecycles.
- Conduct architecture reviews, manage risks, and ensure governance.
- Mentor technical team members and collaborate across Product, Development, and Delivery teams.
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer.
- Proven experience delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of short-term/general insurance, including Personal and/or Commercial Lines.
- Excellent understanding of insurance processes, platforms, and systems.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, and Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
