What You'll Do

• Engage shoppers and create positive first impressions.
• Educate customers about our home improvement services.
• Qualify interested customers and schedule free in-home estimates.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face communication.

• Confident, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public.
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential.
• Positive attitude and persistence when faced with rejection.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift.
• Smartphone or tablet for submitting appointments.
• Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus - but we will train the right person!
