This is not a coordination role. You'll be embedded within the engineering environment — driving delivery across real software systems, working closely with developers, and ensuring that technical initiatives move from concept to production with precision.

Perfect for someone early in their career who is technically grounded, delivery-focused, and comfortable working with engineers on real systems.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive delivery across engineering-focused sprints and releases
• Run Agile ceremonies with a strong understanding of technical context
• Work closely with developers to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure quality delivery
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and roadmap alignment with engineering teams
• Track delivery across systems, APIs, and platform components
• Ensure effective handovers between product, engineering, and operations
• Monitor delivery risks and dependencies across technical workstreams
• Continuously improve delivery processes within a fast-moving technical environment

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 2+ years' experience in a Technical PM, or Business Analyst role within a software engineering environment
• Proven experience working directly with engineering teams (not just coordination)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to confidently engage with technical concepts such as:
  • APIs and microservices
  • Cloud environments (AWS)
  • Front-end and back-end systems
  • CI/CD pipelines (must have DevOps)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint delivery)
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Linear
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
