We are looking for a highly organised and process-driven Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of product initiatives. This role is execution-focused and responsible for ensuring structured sprint management, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering a smooth product from scoping through to release. Ideal for someone early in their career who is administrative, technically competent, and confident working across multiple teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and sprint reporting
• Ensure strong sprint completion and delivery tracking
• Manage task creation, backlog hygiene, and roadmap updates
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation and delivery timelines
• Communicate company-wide product updates
• Ensure clear handovers to development teams
• Improve and maintain delivery processes

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, junior PM role, or relevant roles
• Experience working in telecommunications   
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience supporting Agile ceremonies
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. JIRA, ClickUp, Linear)
• Basic understanding of digital product development
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident in following up and holding stakeholders accountable
• Detail-oriented and structured
• Process-driven
• Proactive and reliable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
