If so, we are looking for a technical Business Analyst Extraordinaire — someone who can balance SQL queries with stakeholder expectations, UML diagrams with business dreams, and deliver solutions that actually make sense (and work).

This is your chance to be the translator, architect, and problem‑solver who ensures technology and business move in sync.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Designing software requirements that actually make sense (and work).
  • Hosting JAD sessions where everyone leaves smiling (yes, it’s possible).
  • Mapping business processes like a cartographer of corporate adventures.
  • Writing specs that developers actually want to read.
  • Testing functionality at database level — because you know SQL is more than just SELECT * FROM life.

 

 OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

 

  • Matric with solid Maths chops (no hiding behind calculators).
  • A Business Analysis course or Computer Science qualification.
  • 2–5 years of experience making systems sing.
  • Comfort working with financial/insurance products.
  • Tech toolkit: SQL, UML, XML, Microsoft Office, BPMN, compliance know-how.
