Join a logistics and eCommerce powerhouse where technology is core to scale, service, and strategic growth. We're hiring a technically diverse Senior Software Developer to take ownership of high-impact systems—from custom CRMs and mobile apps to international platforms and ERP integrations.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll shape architecture, mentor devs, and ensure uptime, performance, and reliability across business-critical platforms.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Optimise and enhance existing systems (CRM, eCommerce, mobile) for speed, uptime, and usability
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
- Drive system integration, API development, and database performance
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes
- Document code, specs, and workstreams via ClickUp
- Uphold secure coding practices and deployment integrity
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and incremental releases
- Champion production readiness, deployment monitoring, and incident response
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Strong in two or more of: Java, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks such as .NET, Spring, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue
- Database skills: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Familiarity with AWS, or Azure, or GCP
- CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and secure coding know-how
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven approaches
- Comfortable working across full SDLC with real-world deployment accountability
