This isn’t just about closing tickets, it’s about helping people navigate crossborder payments, crypto trading, and financial journeys with empathy, speed, and precision. Youll be the person customers remember for making their day easier.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage incoming queries across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot transaction issues including crossborder payments, FX, and wallets
  • Guide users through onboarding and compliance (KYC)
  • Identify suspicious activity and escalate to compliance teams
  • Educate customers on platform features and maintain knowledge bases
  • Provide actionable feedback to product teams

 

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

  • 3+ years in Customer Support (fintech, banking, SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Techsavvy with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Problemsolving mindset with empathy and patience under pressure
