YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting licensing and regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial, vendor, and technology agreements.
• Managing corporate governance and secretarial compliance.
• Assisting with banking, payments, and counterparty onboarding.
• Conducting legal research on evolving fintech, crypto, and payments regulations.
• Providing day-to-day support on operational and strategic legal initiatives.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• LLB Degree
• Admitted attorney
• 4+ years   working   experience in a legal firm
• Financial services (FX, OTC, crypto assets)
• Banking & payments (PSP, TPPP, cross-border)
