YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive licensing applications and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial, vendor, and technology agreements.
• Managing corporate governance and secretarial compliance.
• Assisting with banking, payments, and counterparty onboarding.
• Conducting legal research on evolving fintech, crypto, and payments regulations.
• Providing day-to-day support on operational and strategic legal initiatives.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• LLB Degree and admitted attorney
• 4+ years post-qualification experience in fintech, payments, or regulatory law
• Background in financial services, cross-border payments, or embedded finance
• Clear communicator who distills legal ambiguity into practical next steps
• Not a fit: Candidates focused solely on litigation, compliance policing, or non-commercial law
• Bonus: Experience with FX, PSPs, crypto assets, or platform licensing
