YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering exceptional customer service through understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Driving sales growth by engaging with customers, upselling, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining visually appealing, well-organized displays in line with merchandising standards.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve operational and sales excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with all administrative and operational procedures.
- Supporting the team with customer transactions and after-sales service to maintain a high level of satisfaction
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- A Matric or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
- An entrepreneurial and innovative approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
YOUR REWARD
- Salary range: R 300 000 – R 380 000 p.a.
