An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Systems & Enablement Manager to lead and transform an organization’s commercial systems ecosystem. You will play a key role in enhancing customer acquisition, sales, ordering, and self-service platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys and operational efficiency.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives. Lead a multidisciplinary team, bridging IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance end-to-end processes.
- Systems Management & Optimization: Oversee the ecosystem of commercial platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction. Manage configuration, change, and quality assurance across CRM, sales enablement, ordering, and self-service systems.
- Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption and effective utilization of systems through training and communication. Introduce automation, reporting, and analytics improvements to support commercial decision-making.
- Governance & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, support agreements, and enhancement roadmaps. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, coach, and develop a small technical and functional team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while working closely with business and IT leaders to prioritize system enhancements.
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience managing commercial systems (CRM, ordering, or customer self-service). preferably within the telecom or broadband sector.
- 3+ years in a managerial or team lead role, leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration, process enablement, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and commercial process automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities, with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and people development.
