WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET.
  • Build and enhance cloud-native solutions within Azure environments.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
  • Optimise database performance and application efficiency.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor and support fellow developers (Senior level).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Intermediate Developers

  • 4+ years' experience developing with C#/.NET.
  • Solid SQL database experience.
  • Experience building APIs and web applications.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Senior Developers

  • 8-10+ years' full-stack development experience with C#/.NET.
  • Strong Azure Cloud Services and DevOps experience.
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of application security and best practices.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor developers.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Modern Angular and TypeScript.
  • Flutter mobile development.
  • Fintech, payroll, financial services, or SaaS environments.
  • AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics.
  • Data visualisation and reporting solutions.
  • Cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
