Step into a landmark programme modernising the payments ecosystem across Southern Africa. We are looking for Dynatrace System Administrator & Support Specialists; land the job and you'll play a pivotal role in optimising monitoring for mission‑critical systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and resilience across complex financial infrastructures.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimise the Dynatrace monitoring platform for internal and external applications.
- Configure alerts, thresholds, and dashboards to ensure system health and visibility.
- Deploy and upgrade Dynatrace agents and SaaS editions.
- Migrate synthetic monitors from legacy tools into Dynatrace.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, analyse logs, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance monitoring processes.
- Document best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer.
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- 5+ years' experience with Dynatrace administration and upgrades.
- Strong background in APM, synthetic monitoring, dashboards, and API monitoring.
- Knowledge of SQL, Java applications, and server management.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration monitoring, and log monitoring tools (Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk, Graylog).
- Basic Linux/AIX system administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
YOUR REWARD
