Our client is an established business with over 15 years of experience of backing new business is supporting a new entrant to the market. With significant backing they’re building a professional residential maintenance business serving estate agents, landlords, and homeowners across Cape Town - focused on speed, reliability, and quality in a fragmented market.

We already have strong real estate partnerships in place and are now looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to build and run the day-to-day delivery engine which will cover both maintenance and COC work.

This is a foundational role with real autonomy to shape the business from the ground up and share in the profits.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll own end-to-end operations:

• Management of jobs from sales
• Contractors
• Pricing
• Client experience
• & other business operations

If you really care about customers, are passionate about service, and know the local Cape Town maintenance/trades market, this role is for you.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 5+ years’ experience in residential maintenance, property services, facilities management, or trades coordination
• Strong Cape Town contractor network and local pricing knowledge
• Experience managing contractors or service teams
• Comfortable quoting, costing, and protecting margins
• Practical, decisive, and calm under pressure

Nice to have:

• Experience working with estate agents or property managers
• Exposure to compliance work (CoCs) or pre-sale property prep
• Experience in a growing or entrepreneurial business
