Reports to: Head of Digital Enablement

What the role is:

My right hand, keeps the five teams moving and the roadmap honest

Helps keep the rhythm and cadence across Service Delivery, Cloud & Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Digital Employee Experience, and IDAM

Runs selected projects end to end when they cut across teams or need dedicated focus. Near-term examples include supporting Amanda on the Modern Workplace 2.0 roll-out and driving the Omada to Lumos migration for access review automation

Builds a proper performance layer. When something is green, explains why with data, not gut feel

Supports prioritisation of the roadmap (~70+ items) and Project Aurora milestones. Helps decide what we do, what we defer, and why

Prepares leadership reporting and townhall content with me

Keeps leads accountable to what they committed to, without turning into a process tax

What we need:

Proactive. Sees problems before they land and comes with options, not just flags

Comfortable with data. Can build a dashboard, define a metric, spot when numbers don't add up

Will challenge me and the leads. Not for the sake of it, but to make the thinking sharper

Reads a room well. Knows when to push and when to back off

Writes clearly and concisely for senior audiences

Has worked in a multi-team tech environment and knows what good delivery looks like

Genuinely excited about technology and comfortable with constant change
