An established South African organisation is looking for a Digital Experience & Analytics Manager to drive the evolution of its digital ecosystem and enhance how customers engage with its brands online. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the organisation's digital experience strategy across multiple consumer brands.
Manage and continuously improve websites and digital platforms to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Drive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research and emerging AI search optimisation.
Monitor and optimise website performance, speed, usability and mobile responsiveness.
Build and maintain marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks and digital performance metrics.
Analyse website, campaign and consumer behaviour data to generate actionable business insights.
Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives through A/B testing and user journey improvements.
Own the digital marketing technology stack, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and reporting platforms.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution and digital measurement across all marketing activities.
Partner closely with marketing, creative, IT and external digital agencies to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Identify new technologies, trends and opportunities that improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Ensure all digital platforms remain compliant with governance, privacy and regulatory requirements.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
5+ years' experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO or digital analytics.
Proven experience managing websites and digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, user experience and conversion optimisation.
Experience interpreting digital data and translating insights into business recommendations.
Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
Google Analytics, Google Ads or SEO certifications would be beneficial.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Managing a portfolio of employer clients as their primary point of contact
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Leadership teams
Driving client engagement, product adoption, and long-term retention
Conducting regular client reviews and strategic check-ins
Managing client escalations and coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions
Gathering feedback and turning insights into meaningful actions
Supporting client transitions, on-boarding, and expansion initiatives
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and deepen client partnerships
Maintaining accurate client records and engagement plans within the CRM
Contributing to a world-class client experience

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

3-5 years' experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Experience using CRM platforms to manage client portfolios
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with client data and reporting
A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Bonus:

Experience within fintech, SaaS, employee benefits, payroll, or HR technology
Exposure to client on-boarding and transition projects
Experience managing B2B client portfolios
Understanding of employee engagement or workforce-related solutions
